| From a curious consumer's standpoint, either of the following are taking place, and your guess would be as good as mine if you don't visit powertrix HQ on the daily: 1. SPL and Nagisa are still affiliated entirely and the CAD story is just another BS story a company would feed the consumer to sell sh*t.
2. SPL and Nagisa are affiliated, and SPL still buys some parts from them, but they can come up with their own designs now. 3 SPL bought licenses/patents from Nagisa to manufacture their own stuff without the consumer noticing any difference, and the CAD story may or may not be BS. 4. the CAD story is true, and SPL and Nagisa Auto aren't affiliated at all any more now that SPL has their own equipment and can manufacture their own stuff, (Has there been any changes in pricing recently?) One thing is for sure, SPL and Nagisa have been affiliated, and SPL has bought parts from them. You can find 'evidence' for yourselves fairly easily. An open mind is all you need.
